Bright, aromatic, and full of fresh cilantro flavor, our Cilantro Microgreens bring a lively finishing touch to a wide variety of dishes. Their tender leaves and delicate stems offer the familiar citrusy, herbaceous taste of mature cilantro in a smaller, more concentrated form.
Cilantro microgreens are ideal for tacos, salads, soups, rice bowls, eggs, seafood, salsas, sandwiches, and international dishes. Add them just before serving to preserve their fresh flavor and attractive appearance.
Flavor: Fresh, citrusy, and herbaceous
Texture: Tender and delicate
Great for: Tacos, salads, soups, rice bowls, seafood, eggs, salsas, and garnishes
Storage: Keep refrigerated and dry. For best quality, use within 5–7 days.
For the best freshness, keep microgreens refrigerated at 35–40°F in their original container or a clean, covered container with some airflow.
Keep microgreens as dry as possible. Excess moisture can cause them to spoil faster.
Do not wash them until you are ready to eat them.
Place a clean, dry paper towel inside the container to absorb moisture, replacing it when damp.
Avoid crushing or tightly packing the leaves.
Store them away from strong-smelling foods.
For the best flavor and texture, enjoy microgreens within 5–7 days of purchase. Some sturdier varieties, such as pea shoots and sunflower microgreens, may remain fresh slightly longer when properly stored.
Before eating, rinse gently under cool running water and pat dry. Discard microgreens that appear slimy, moldy, heavily wilted, or have an unpleasant odor.
